"the Company" means Al Mubarak Hajj & Umrah Limited. "the Pilgrim" means the person(s) named on a booking. "the Package" means the specific Hajj or Umrah package booked. "the Booking Agreement" means the written agreement signed at the point of booking.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed booking form, and upon written confirmation issued by the Company.
The deposit amount, instalment schedule and final payment deadline are set out in your Booking Agreement. Payment is accepted only into the Company's corporate accounts, in the Company's registered name.

The Pilgrim is responsible for holding a valid passport and providing accurate documents. The Company acts as applicant, not issuer, and does not guarantee visa issuance.
The Pilgrim is obliged to disclose relevant medical conditions and to obtain required vaccinations ahead of travel.
The Company reserves the right to substitute accommodation of equal or higher standard where circumstances require, with notice to the Pilgrim.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The circumstances in which the Company may cancel, and the Pilgrim's entitlement in that event, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw services from a Pilgrim whose conduct endangers others or breaches Saudi law, without refund.
The Pilgrim undertakes to exit the Kingdom on the visa expiry date.
The Company's liability is limited in respect of matters outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to Saudi government decisions, airline failure and force majeure events.
Including government action, suspension of pilgrimage activities, airline failure and epidemic.
