Our Story · Our Mission · Our Values · Our Licences
Al Mubarak Hajj & Umrah Limited was founded in [year] on a simple observation: too many Nigerian pilgrims were arriving in the Holy Land unprepared, poorly accommodated, or short-changed by operators who took payment and disappeared.
We set out to build the opposite of that. A company where the package you are sold is the package you receive. Where the hotel named on the invoice is the hotel you sleep in. Where a pilgrim in Makkah at two o'clock in the morning can reach a Nigerian staff member who will pick up the phone.
From our first departure of [N] pilgrims from Lagos in [year], we have grown to serve pilgrims through three offices — Lagos, Ilorin and Abuja — while keeping the same standard that defined that first group: careful preparation, honest pricing and personal attention.
Today, Al Mubarak Hajj & Umrah Limited is a duly registered Nigerian company (RC [INSERT CAC NUMBER]), licensed by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, and a member of [INSERT ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP — e.g. AHUON — confirm before publishing].

We believe a pilgrim should be able to verify an operator before parting with money. Ours are set out below.
| Registration | Authority | Number | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Certificate of Incorporation | Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) | RC [XXXXXX] | Active |
| Hajj & Umrah Tour Operator Licence | National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) | [XXXX] | Valid for [year] operations |
| IATA accreditation | IATA | [XXXXXXX] | [Confirm] |

| Saudi service agent affiliation | Ministry of Hajj & Umrah / Nusuk Masar | [XXXX] | [Confirm] |
NAHCON publishes the list of licensed tour operators each season. We encourage every intending pilgrim — with us or with anyone else — to check that list before making payment. Dealing with an unlicensed operator leaves you without recourse.
Our consultants are happy to walk you through how we work — no obligation.
